 SURVEY THE SCENE

 CHECK THE RESPONSIVENESS OF THE VICTIM

- Hey, hey Sir/Ma’am, are you okay? (3x) [tap both shoulders]
- The victim is unresponsive

 ACTIVATE MEDICAL ASSISTANCE

- Help! Please activate medical assistance and get AED, if available.

 CHECK THE AIRWAYS

- The mouth and nose are clear, there are no obstructions.

 CHECK FOR BREATHING AND PULSE ; LLF (LOOK, LISTEN AND

FEEL)
- 1, 1002, 1003 - 1010
- The victim is breathless and has no pulse.
- I’ll do the CPR.

[30 compressions +2 breaths= 5 cycles for 2 minutes]

 CHECK FOR BREATHING AND PULSE (1, 1002, 1003 – 1010)
- The victim is now breathing and has pulse.
- The victim has been revived.
