TIME METHOD SERVES
COOK: 20 MINS HOB 2

Ingredients Method
• 1 can 400g tinned tomatoes 1. Boil pasta & drain for time as recommended on packet.

• ½ onion 2. Fry finely diced onions and garlic in 1 Tbsp coconut oil for a few
• 1 packet of spaghetti minutes on medium heat until soft.
• 2 gloves garlic
3. Add the prawns & squid rings seasoning with the paprika and

• 1 Tbsp mixed herbs 4. Cook for 5 minutes, continuously stirring.
• 1 Tbsp coconut oil
• 1 Tbsp paprika 5. Stir in the tomatoes before bringing to boil.
• Handful of parsley - finely
6. Cover the pan, and turn the heat down to simmer for a further 5
chopped
minutes.
• ½ lemon
• Parmasan cheese (optional) 7. Mix the sauce into the pasta and serve up, seasoning with
parsley and a wedge of lemon (a touch of parmesan cheese is
also delicious!).
