NURSING HISTORY
History of Present Illness
Few hours PTA patient noticed to have numbness on her Left facial area. Patient has
no associated lateralize body weakness, vomiting, headache, fever, cough and colds. But then
persistent prompted consult and subsequent admitted.
History of Past Illness
Patient has unknown history of hypertension. She does not have any history of
diabetes mellitus , asthma and there are no known allergies.
