Important Instructions for Onsite Instruction

We are happy to see a good number of students reporting for onsite classes since we
opened the campus for direct instruction. The End Semester Examination starting on
December 01, 2021 will be completely offline.

In order to minimize the losses in learning from hybrid teaching for the online
learners and to prepare the students to take the onsite end semester examinations,
the School of Social Sciences and Arts and Humanities expects all partially and fully
vaccinated students to report to the campus by the 10th of November or earlier giving
them around 15 days to prepare for the onsite exams, meet with teachers and peers
and participate in any practise exams to familiarize with the End Semester Exams
starting December 01, 2021. Practical exams for some departments will start a week
in advance. (November 23 onward based on the time tables issued by the COE and
Department)

All sessions will henceforth be synchronous sessions to improve student teacher

interaction and engagement. In the interim period, for the few students who are
participating in online lectures, attendance will be updated upon submission of class
notes to the concerned subject teacher at the end of the class.

This circular is issued in keeping with the Notification by the University

(CU: OR: NOTIFICATION: 08/21) regarding on campus instruction (points 1,2 3) for
UG and PG Students of Bangalore campuses by the University.
