1) YOUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE ORGANIZATION.
It was such a great experience with IFORTIS. I learn new things by doing internship with IFORTIS. I learn how to
grasp customers, how to get awareness in the people for our organisation, how to handle the issues and how to
answer the queries of people.

2) WHAT ARE THE DIFFICULTIES FACED WHILE DOING SOP-1 & SOP-2?
I faced difficulties in grasping customer for the events organized by IFORTIS WORLDWIDE
and how to get awareness in the people about the events and its registration process.
3) HOW YOU MANAGED TO OVERCOME THOSE?
I will overcome with this problem by telling the customer about the company that IFORTIS WORLDWIDE Is
ASIA'S LARGEST DIGITAL CONTEST PLATFORM , giving them awareness about the company, I told them about
the events organized by IFORTIS and by participating in events it develops the confidence in participants. It also
gives prizes and certificates to the participants.

4) EXPLAINATION AND COMMUNICATION OF TASKS AS PER YOU.

We have to grasp customers/students to participate in the events organized by
IFORTIS WORLDWIDE.

5) HOW IS YOUR MENTOR WITH YOU?

My mentor ( QAZI TABASUM) guide and support me at each step. She always remind me about the deadline of
tasks and gave me tips to make my tasks clear.
