ORGANIZATIONAL CHART

As we have introduced one more outlet, the same organizational structure will be followed with
some modification as a whole new set of people are hired for the new store. Although the head
of each department remains the same but their work load has been increased and to reduce this,
we have added separate store manager for the new outlet and also a regional manager who will
supervise both the store manager and will report to the CEO.
