ENI JC Task Submission

Task 2: Project Management

Following are the few ways to increase the publicity and increase
participation of any ENI event

1. Social Media: Create an event page on Facebook and ask everyone at IIM
Bangalore to send invites to their friends and Family. Keep the event page
interactive by posting every day. Have events such as quiz and provide ENI
goodies every day. You can also use paid features of Facebook to attract the
target audience much faster. Also use other apps such as inshorts and share
poster as the news event on the app. Also, have live Instagram events with past
winners, start up founders to attract more audience.

2. PR Drives: Get the posters for the event printed well in advance(the posters
should be attractive), not too much text just the basic info regarding the
fest(date/time/contact info/website/fb page). Schedule the PR drives to nearby
colleges and entrepreneurship/start up events. PR drives can also be held at
places where there are high number of students such as malls, famous eateries,
events/shows. You will need 4-5 students per PR drive. Optimize the time of
students accordingly,

3. Campus Ambassadors: Have campus ambassadors program for major B-School

in India and engineering colleges in Bangalore. That helps in reaching out to the
college without actually going there. Club members can ask their friends in that
college to post in that college's fb groups, they can pin up the posters there.
Goodies and other benefits should be given to campus ambassadors to motivate
them.

4. Group Email: Group email should be sent to specific target audience such as
past year participants, E-cell clubs of other colleges, media cell of other B
schools, start-up enthusiast etc. This will help to specifically target the audience
with less efforts. The email should be concise with poster and all the links to the
events
