PMP Preparation

The main goals of this training are:


 To understand the principles and best practices of project management according to the Project
Management Body of Knowledge

 To apply these best practices in the Nexperia project environment

 To deal with different challenging situations in and around your projects

 to enable you to pass the PMP®-exam so you will become a certified Project Management
Professional.

As preparation for this trajectory, you are asked to fill in this Learning Goals & Motivation form. This helps
us understand your level of project management experience, so that we can assist you in your learning.
These insights help to make the programme a success. Besides that, to qualify for PMP-certification, you
need to proof sufficient project management experience.

Before you apply, make sure you meet of the following sets of PMP Certification requirements (see PMI
criteria):
A four-year degree
36 months leading projects
35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification

— OR —

A high school diploma or an associate’s degree (or global equivalent)


60 months leading projects
35 hours of project management education/training or CAPM® Certification

In the coming period, the training program will be elaborated in more detail in co-operation with NIMO
Project Management Institute.
