(CRM)? Why or why not?
- The prevalence of web-based media additionally further develops Customer
Relationship Management since it establishes a climate that makes it simpler for
clients to interface with organizations, and it empowers collaborations that were
recently disregarded by clients. So yes, I think it’s a smart way to choose to
participate in social media rather than traditional advertising channel but that doesn’t
mean the traditional assignment is not very much affective. The traditional advertising
is also very much useful for the engagement.
