with the letter. I regret to inform you that the refrigerator is faulty.
The cooling is not enough. The stabiliser is making constant sound. The dealer at Adishwar was
rude when I informed him about the problem. I have also called your helpline number but the
issue has not been resolved. I would appreciate if you could look into the matter and resolve it
soon. I either need a replacement or refund. I regret to state that if immediate action is not taken
I may have to seek help from a consumer protection agency. I am highly disappointed because
such an act of neglect is not expected from your company.

PRACTISE LETTER
