X-Ray Machines having Factory at E-54, Focal Point, Chanalo, Kurali, Distt: Mohali
(Punjab), INDIA hereby authorize SHANBHI TRADERS AND SUPPLIERS
,PARSA, BIRGUNJ, SHREEPUR, NEPAL as our Authorized Agent to Supply our
manufactured Products in Private and Government Institutions/Hospital/Agencies etc
in Nepal.

Spare parts of the supplied Machines will remain available for 10 Years from the date
of Supply.
This Authority Letter is valid till 31.03.2024 and the same shall be extend with the
mutual consent of both the parties.
