I would like to extend our special thanks, warmth and appreciation to all those who
have provided me with the ability to complete this report and assist us at every
point
First of all, I would like to thank our supervisor - Ms. Ha for giving us the
opportunity to make this internship report. She very kind and always teach us how
to solve our problems and approach to the final outcome of the internship report.
She is an easy-going and open-minded person. I can’t imagine what I have to do
with this final work in my internship report without her delicated guildance.I thank
you very much! In my opinion, it was a unipue experience and to research us new
knowledge. It also helps me regain my interest in work and have new plans for
future careers.
Moreover, I would like to thank all of our colleagues. With their frinedliness and
enthusiasm, they have created an enjoyable and extremely comfortable working
environment. We experianced great thing together and they showed us a lot of skill
and funny thing about the work they are doing.

ABSTRACT
This report refers to the work completed during the online internship with Mr. Nhan
from Tan A Dai Thanh Group, August 11, 2021. First, I would like to introduce the
company including: areas of activity and general characteristics of the working
environment such as vision, mission and goals. Second, I describe the requirements,
processes, and operating methods of the work that I approach. Third, I write about the
time and date of the meeting, the activities performed during the meeting, and the
problems encountered when I took part in it. Fourth, I write about the skills and
knowledge I have learned. Key skills and soft skills support in the major that I need to
improve for my future career. Finally, I write about positive and negative reviews
during my internship at the Company. They are very useful to me in my future work.
TÓM TẮT
Bài báo cáo này đề cập đến những công việc đã hoàn thành trong quá trình thực
tập trực tuyến với anh Nhân từ Tập đoàn Tân Á Đại Thành, ngày 11 tháng 8
năm 2021. Đầu tiên, em xin giới thiệu về công ty bao gồm: lĩnh vực hoạt động
và đặc điểm chung của môi trường làm việc như tầm nhìn, sứ mệnh và mục tiêu.
Thứ hai, tôi mô tả các yêu cầu, quy trình và phương pháp vận hành của công
việc mà tôi tiếp cận. Thứ ba, tôi viết về thời gian và ngày của cuộc họp, các hoạt
động được thực hiện trong cuộc họp, và những vấn đề gặp phải khi tôi tham gia
cuộc họp. Thứ tư, tôi viết về những kỹ năng và kiến thức tôi đã học được. Các
kỹ năng chính và kỹ năng mềm hỗ trợ trong chuyên ngành mà tôi cần cải thiện
cho sự nghiệp tương lai của mình. Cuối cùng, tôi viết về những đánh giá tích
cực và tiêu cực trong quá trình thực tập tại Công ty. Chúng rất hữu ích cho tôi
trong công việc sau này.

After the meeting with representatives from Tan A Dai Thanh, he passed on his
working experience as well as information about the Group. I feel very excited
and learn more about the company from company related websites, articles and
social media of the company. From there I can gather more information to help
me complete the internship report

II. Organization’s Culture
These are the factors that make up the values and culture of TAN A DAI
THANH company. Those factors are respecting traditional values
Tan A Dai Thanh Group was born by a group of people: acumen in business;

level. Respecting the interests of partners Tan A Dai Thanh not only works for
the benefit of the business, but also attaches special importance to the interests
of suppliers, partners, customers... with the principle of sustainable cooperation -
but development together. Orientation and compliance with all production and
business activities are aimed at respecting and protecting the environment.
Green development criteria has been thoroughly applied by Tan A Dai Thanh
Group in the construction of factories, production workshops and in the
development of tourism and real estate projects.
Tan A Dai Thanh Group is a Vietnamese multi-industry conglomerate. That
entails a significant amount of effort. In order to undertake good administration
of corporate activities, each independent department will have different tasks.
The Tan A Dai Thanh Group's management department is led by the general
meeting of shareholders. The Board of Directors sits under the general meeting
of shareholders. The General Director is in charge of receiving management
directions directly from the Board of Directors. Supervisory board, research and
development department, international cooperation department, customer
service center, marketing department, procurement planning department, office
department, finance and accounting, production department, and logistics
department are all followed by the heads of departments.
III. Introduction of some departments
The Board of Directors is in charge of directly participating in the enterprise's
management activities. The R&D department is in charge of studying, creating,
and marketing new products as well as improving existing ones. The
International Cooperation Department is in charge of making contact with
overseas customers in order to devise a cooperative strategy. The customer care
center is where clients can get information about plans and services, as well as
get help with difficulties. The product development business plan and marketing
the product to the market are the responsibility of the Sales and Marketing

Department. Human resource management, recruitment, legal, information
technology, and support are examples of back office functions. Audits, metrics,
and markets are all handled by the finance and accounting department. The
production division oversees the manufacturing process as well as the homes of
the members. The Logistic Department is in charge of managing the domestic
and international supply chain.

CHAPTER 5: EVALUATION
About knowledge: I have learned necessary skills and useful knowledge after meeting
with the representative of the corporation. I got answers to questions that I didn't
understand.
About skills: My strenghts is working in group, I feel more confident when working
with everybody and doing anything together. I know how to solve some problem and
how to control partner feeling at basic level. I know how to note main problem of the
other inside my head so it will help me to know what thing my partner want me to
solve. In my opinion, this is the key to make your job more easier
About manners: I’d love to clean up my working site, I this this is a good thing for me
because i can organize everything neatly, this habit help me to find out what thing i
have to do first and in some case, i will doing main mission more easier. My lifestyle
and the way i solve any problem very simple so maybe it will able to help me in this
work because i will find the solution more faster and resolve more requests to my
customers.
About responsibility at work: I always admit my wrong point and find ways to
changing my mistakes so this will make me gain more experience and trying everyday
to improve myself, make me more useful with my boss. I have a lot of responsibility
about times so i will never be late for my work. I think working in time alway the first
thing you need to do if you want to have a job.
My own limitations need to be overcome:
Beside, there are still some shortcomings of myself that need to me overcome:

About knowledge: There are many thing i didn’t know about my job like what should
i do in some special case, random things can happen during work and with my
knowledge will be able to help me solve all case in word. My grammar still not my
strength to so maybe it will make my job harder. I need to improve my english
grammar and research again my job more careful to find out all thing i need to study
and improve it everyday.
About skills: My skills in using Word and Excel are not good. I can do basic skills but
my job requires me more than this. I must be proficient in Excel because my future
work will require a lot of knowledge of Excel and related software. My
communication skills are still weak so I also need to improve, for me, to succeed in the
service industry, communication skills are very important, so I have to change myself
and do it from now on.
About manners: I think my manners still good until now but there are something i
need to give a lot of attention is i’m very easier to forget something and it truly a most
worst thing if you want to go for this work. Remember everything are most basic thing
you have to passed before work. I need to change this right now, at least i need to
make a note for all work i need to do and do it as soon as possible. If i let the work
later maybe i will forget about it. So take note for anything will be the best solution for
me.
Because of the epidemic situation, we have to practice online, I hope that when the
epidemic ends, the school will have some plans to predict such cases, I hope the school
will have more internship facilities, the internship will be longer. 1 or 2 days.
Regarding the curriculum, I think the school's current curriculum is very good.
In the future, when the following courses go to practice, I hope that they will prepare
well for the internship, always have a pen and paper ready to record useful
information, always prepare questions. that I ask to avoid not knowing what to ask.
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, this internship has been an excellent and rewarding experience. We
have gain a lot of knowledge about our future job, how to be improve myself skills and
some ways to make me success. I have learned a lot through this internship like how to
communicate with other people, how to find and solve the main problem of customer
and how to improve myself to be able for this job. They share with us their experience
and skills. Moreover, This internship help us to find out what ours strenghts and
weakness, which helped us to define what thing we net to study more and improve my
skills in the coming time. But beside all that, it gave us new insights and motivation.
