Being a teacher being a loser.

Teaching career is out of fashion today it is only for losers.

A successful career for men and women.
Career is not important for women - for men only
A successful career does not require a university degree
Successful interview - luck or skill?

Nowadays people use to think that teacher’s profession is out of fashion. It is for losers and being a
teacher means to be a loser. I wonder, why do people believes so? I can hardly find the right answer.
Maybe they decided so because when they were children they hated them. Or maybe the case is
historical and the answer lays in USSR history. In that they were paid by government. Another variant is
in the pedagogical tradition, the faith that the teachers can’t earn good money and live a rich life. I think
this is all prejudice. However we can find a piece of true. The truth is that the salary of a teacher, in an
ordinary school, directly depends on the state. And now the state is not very interested in education.
Actually, this is why it is believed that now this profession is going out of fashion. Well, this is how things
are going now? Actually no, but that's another story.

So let's really talk about what a successful career means for men and women. In my opinion anyone can
find success. Earning money is not as hard as we use to think. And actually the ideal career is that which
provides us loads of money. Today it is believed that every professional can make good money. To be in
demand means to achieve real heights. And personally, I believe that it does not depend on gender or
profession. As it said, all professions are necessary and important. Even the teacher or businessman on
an equal footing can wake up one day rich.

Talking about a career, it was previously believed that this is the lot of only men. Much has changed
since then, and only a fool continues to think so. Everyone wants to achieve a good and comfortable life.
Against the background of the struggle of girls in recent years, this is becoming quite acute. If you do not
think that a career is important for women, well, in some countries it can be considered an insult to
their rights. The foundations of society are changing. And to survive we must struggle, even against girls.
Today we are all like sharks in aquarium. In my opinion it is fair.

Continuing the conversation about a career, the question naturally arises, is it really necessary to have a
higher education? For myself, I found the following answer - not always. We all know the example of
Steve Jobs. But he is rather an exception from the majority. Not everyone is born a genius. However,
really, having a good head and a certain set of knowledge, you can achieve heights. Although, this will
be a rather difficult path. For most, it's easier to get into a big company. Most often, this requires a
university degree. In this case, the risk of being without everything is minimal.

Well, we want to get into a decent company. To do this, you always need to go through several steps.
The main one is the interview. Is completing the interview a luck or a skill? According to my experience it
is always fifty-fifty. Without soft skills and being social it is impossible. But we never know what is in Hr's
head and by what criteria he chooses. Of course, there are smart people who know all the secrets and
loopholes. But you and I play fair. There are courses that teach you how to pass an interview. This is all
nonsense. As I said before, the result will depend only on HR and they are always different.
