Name of Activity: TABO SA KINAADMAN AND CARD DAY

Participants: School Head, Teachers, Students and Parents

Objective/Agenda: To let the parents aware of the academic and behavioral performance
of their child.

Highlights of the Activity:

At 8:00 o’clock, Tabo sa Kinaadman and Card Day were held at

Cantamuac Elementary School outside the grade one and three
classrooms. There were parents and students who attended the event.
The grade one to five students got their card only while the grade six
students have their card and good morals as one of the requirements
for their enrollment in High School. The school head handed over to
the grade six students the said documents while the advisers from
grade one to five facilitated the release of the cards of their students
to the parents.

The event was ended at 11 AM.

Results/Output: The event was successfully and peacefully done.
