How to Make Banana Pancakes

If you have ever wanted a healthy alternative to buttermilk pancakes, you can not do
better than banana pancakes. Not only are they a very simple meal to prepare, they also
are gluten and dairy free with few ingredients required. On top of that, they are still sweet
and delicious without any added sugar. Although, if you want them to be a bit more sweet
or savory, they can still be served with syrup, peanut butter, or any personal favorite
toppings after they are cooked. Follow these instructions to prepare this delicious meal
for yourself.

Utensils
● Measuring cup or small bowl
● Fork
● Spatula
● Pan

Ingredients
● 2 eggs
● 1 Banana

Optional Ingredients
● 1 tbsp Cinnamon
● ¼ cup Oats

How to Make
1. Peel banana and divide the fruit into thirds.
2. Place banana into mixing bowl.
3. Mash the banana until it is a liquid consistency.
4. Crack the eggs into the bowl.
5. Add any additional ingredients .
6. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
7. Turn stove to high.
8. Once hot, pour small amount of mixture into the pan.
 Amount poured must be small to be able to properly flip later.
9. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the
bottom is done.
 If the top side is bubbling,
this is typically a sign that it
is done.
10. Once the bottom is done, flip the
pancake to the other side.
11. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until fully
cooked.
12. Once fully cooked, remove the
pancake from the pan onto your
plate.
13. Repeat until all mixture is used.
14. Add any desired toppings.
15. Enjoy!
