Congenials has the sense of being linked with one another, of being nice and harmonious as a group.

The goal is to have a flawless performance, well-disciplined members, decent uniforms, has the ability to execute the
tracks effectively, and most important, the sharing or brainstorming of ideas to everyone.

-Proper wearing of Uniform
-No Smoking
Instruments- Instruments should be simple but neat, dirty instruments should be avoided. You should also be
accountable for your own instruments.
Uniforms- Wearing black shoes instead of rubber shoes, wearing a black belt, and having a decent haircut are all highly
recommended.
Members- Members are allowed to go with another organization or groups provided if the leader permits it.
Attitude- Members must have a disciplined mindset and show respect for one another.
