PRECAUTIONS FOR POTENTIONAL COVID INFECTION IN A MALL

Manager

Task Description:

 Develop a plan to ensure that any procedures or changes are clearly communicated to workers,
customers, mall tenants, delivery workers, and contract or temporary agencies recruiting
workers (such as security guards and cleaners).
 Coordinate or communicate with the nurse/physician to assess the proper ways in preventing
transmission of Covid-19 including and considering the cost of the PPE’s and the materials
needed like hand sanitizers or alcohol.
 And also with the safety officer in terms the control measures and monitoring.

Streamlining the vaccination process, determining how to best perform testing, and
implementing IT systems to support healthcare data collection and retention.

Supervisor

Task Description:

Responsible for overseeing the daily operation

Play an important role in managing, organizing and prioritizing work, as well as in communicating and
supporting employees.

Help to reduce the effects of trauma and reduce stress on employees by promoting a sense of security,
power, and control for those under their supervision and their colleagues.
Safety Officer

Task Description:

 Coordinate the planning and implementation of the COVID19 security procedures of the work
unit.

Will be responsible for actively monitoring the status of the pandemic. This would
include keeping up to date with the state, local, and federal rules and regulations
regarding how businesses must respond to the pandemic.

 Ensure that all personnel know and follow established safe work procedures in accordance with
safety protocols.
 Make sure COVID19 business signs are clearly visible near building entrances and public areas.
 Set capacity limits based on the volume of each store and in accordance with state and local
requirements with the approval of all the members.

Nurse/physician

Task Description:

Establish protocols for assistance and standardized conduct for the health team, which
should be changed whenever necessary on the basis of the change in knowledge on
facing the crisis.


Security Personnel

Task Description:

Stationed at the entrance. Will also take temperature checks , sanitize every visitor and
employee and make sure that everyone is wearing a mask.
Security guards will be your ground force in such conditions. They interact with every
employee from top-to-bottom level every day.
They can help identify such employees and assist the organization make suitable
arrangements for them, ensuring their corporation’s safety
