You are on page 1of 1

The illustration shows an apple that is already been bitten and it was placed right in front of a

mirror. The apple’s reflection was also shown in the illustration, however, the part where it was
bitten was not visible on its reflection. Looking at the picture, I compared the apple as like us
humans because reality is we humans are naturally flawed and imperfect in so many different
ways and these imperfections are the ones that causes insecurities about ourselves. Also, I
compared the apple’s reflection on how we see ourselves or how we recognize and appreciate
ourselves. Shown on its reflection was an apple that is perfectly fine and it was like the apple
was on its best state showing no track of the bitten part of it. Similar to us humans, even though
we have our flaws and imperfections, at the end of the day what matters would be the way of
how we see and appreciate ourselves. Also, no matter what our imperfections are it doesn’t
defined of who we are, just like the apple, even though it has some of it been bitten it is still an
apple. All we need to do is love and accept ourselves for who are and let go of our society’s
judgements or standards.

Ok bobo let’s do this again
