This Deed of Absolute Sale made and entered into by and between: EDWIN FAJARDO of legal age,
married herein after referred to as VENDOR:
-and-
EDDIE OFIANGA of legal age, Filipino, and with postal address at Blk 18 Lot 23 MPV Phase II
HOA Hernandez St. Catmon, Malabon City now and herein after referred to as the VENDEE.
WITHNESSETH
WHEREAS, the VENDOR is the absolute and registered owner of a certain parcel of house at Blk 19
Lot 9 MPV Phase II HOA Hernandez St., Catmon, Malabon City, a Community Mortgage Project of Malabon
People’s Village Homeowner’s Association Inc. Phase II Hernandez St. Catmon, Malabon City.
NOW, THEREFORE for and in consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Twenty Five Thousand
Pesos only (Php 225,000.00) Philippine Currency, including the assumption of obligation, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged to the entire and full satisfaction of the VENDOR, the VENDOR hereby SELLS,
TRANSFER, and CONVEYS unto the VENDEE, its successor in interest the herein describe property in an
absolute irrevocable manner.
It is further agreed by the parties concerned that vendee shall bear all the expenses necessary in the
registration of this and transfer of ownership.
IN WITHNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto set their hands this 25th day of September 2020 in
Malabon City, Metro Manila.
BEFORE ME, a Notary Public for and in Malabon City this day ________________ 2021 personally

acknowledge to that the same area are free voluntary act and deed.
