With reference to your quote VC/C/21-22/01/001 dated 07/11/2021 forsupply of 3Nos. of 10

KVA 120 V ELOS Lift inverter at NisargKiran Housing Society, Rahatani, Pune-17 and your
discussion with our managing committee member Shri Jayesh Akole, Mahesh Waghmare and
Surendra Deokar, we are pleased to award the Work Order to your firm as per the scope of
work described below at an all –inclusive like P&F Charges, Freight Charges , installation at our
site with inbuilt Changeover switch, MCB Box box, Transit insurance etc. at the rate Rs.
180000/- (One Lakh Eighty Thousand INR Only ) for total 3Nos. of Invertor.

A. Delivery Period:10 days from the date of receiving Purchase Order

B. Payment Terms :
1. 20 % Advance with Order,
2. 60 % against Inspection.
3. 20 % after Installation, Testing & Handing over to us.
Technical Specification:
● IP rating : IP 21
● Delay Time : Adjustable range 3-20 seconds
● Protections : High Voltage, Low Voltage and Over load, Phase Correction: Single Phase
prevention
● Warranty: One year after installation at our site.
● AMC : 4000/- [ Four Thousand ] per year (Optional)
● Old UPS Buyback: 35000/- [Thirty Five Thousand] only.
● Security: 10 % in the form of undated cheque till warranty Period.
