“A RESOLUTION STRONGLY PROPOSING AMENDMENT TO THE


AO 21-2011, WITH TOTAL DISREGARD OF THE OFFICE DRAFT
AMENDMENT TO IT FOR THE PURPOSE OF THE UPCOMING
NATIONAL SECTORAL ASSEMBLY”

Whereas, RA 8425 mandates the conduct of National Assembly for the


election of the 25 council members at most for each of the fourteen (14) basic sectors
and election of Vice-Chair for the Basic Sectors from among the fourteen (14)
Sectoral Representatives;

whereas, the NAPC WISC found that some provisions of the A0 21, series of
2011 are inconsistent with the RA 8425 as enumerated in the attachment “A” to this
Resolution and violation of Freedom of Association:
