PART 2 - Writing Task Project Officer (Gender)

INSPIRASI Foundation is planning to roll out a pilot project that promotes gender-responsive school
leadership, starting from mid December 2021 to December 2022. The main objective of the pilot is
decreasing the number of out-of-school children through school leadership at sub-district level in
Jawa Barat.

As a gender project officer, the main tasks during initial stage of program implementation are as
follows:

● Develop a context exploration and needs assessment plan related to the gender-inclusive
issues at selected sub-district
● Lead the development of the program design and curriculum framework
● Draft monitoring & evaluation framework to enable progress tracking

Task:
1. What are the three main principles that you will use in doing the three main tasks? (max 150
words)
2. Select minimum 2 out of 3 main tasks, then draft a mock-up document outlining the plan and
framework that you have selected (max 2 pages A4)

Notes:

● You’re going to answer the question by submitting max 3 pages of principles and a mock-up
document that can be used to implement the initial stage of project implementation by Friday, 3
December 2021 (5 PM). If you pass the screening of this writing task, then you will be asked to
present them briefly in front of the panel.

● For performing the tasks, you can draft the document in Bahasa Indonesia or English.
