    The Ten [10] Locations to send “copies” of your nationality documents once you have received them back from
    the Moorish American Consular Court, Article III Jurisdiction or the Moorish American Consulate pursuant to
    Article 20 of the Treaty of Peace and Friendship between His Imperial Majesty the Emperor of Morocco and the
    united States of America, Treaty Series 244-1 & 2; 8 Stat. 100 and 9 Bevans 1286 (entered into force January
    28, 1837 and ratified by all parties to include all states of the union.)

    The Treaty before stated is the “Supreme Laws of the Land” for ALL states of the union municipal statutes,
    codes, ordinances and regulations.

    All State statutes must yield and give way to ALL standing Treaties between all foreign governments and the
    United States of America, pursuant to the Constitution for the United States of America, Article VI, cl.2.
