Duties and responsibilities of local facilitators
1. Participate in training and preparation sessions provided by SNV
2. Carry out activities according to the local work plan in line with the SNV guidelines and
schedules consistently following the guidelines for gender equality and social inclusion

3. Establish and maintain good working relationships with local government authorities
4. Build and maintain good working relationships with the targeted community
5. Facilitating SNV communication with the local Regional Government and other stakeholders
(community, civil society organizations and the media)
6. Participate consistently in mentoring sessions and remote technical support provided by SNV
7. Carry out the data collection and reporting process in line with SNV guidelines and schedules
8. Inform timely about any problems that might be harmful the success of initiatives at the local
