Which means if we want to achieve we
must be willing to sacrifice time, money
and must have a strong determination
so that it is not easy to give up.
In this assignment what we learned
from the words above is that if we want
to lose weight we must be willing to
sacrifice in all aspects.
we have worked hard in losing weight.
there are some obstacles we have faced
over the past month. among them is
that we have fought against the lazy
nature of exercise that is present in us
because exercise such as jogging and
running is one of the important things
in losing weight. there were a handful
of us who wanted to give up but we
didn’t give up because we had
promised and chose to lose weight
together. and we have also suppressed
our appetite because if we do not take
care of eating then it is impossible for
us to lose weight. in conclusion, we
have sacrificed time, money and have a
strong determination to achieve our
dream of wanting to lose weight in a
month like the words spoken by Jessey
