Practical Guides on the Survey:

1. This is an informal survey, no need for a rigid procedure.

2. What is important is for us to get a “feel” of what are the topics interested from our participants
/ respondents.
3. The Youth, Young Professionals, and even Adults can answer our survey.
4. Survey can be answered in English or Tagalog.
5. Five answers are ideal but less than five is also OK… No need to be rigid.
6. You can do the survey by asking the respondents, or making them write the answer, or by
answering the survey posted on Facebook (This is the easiest since answers will directly reflect).
