Q18
Please comment on the teacher candidate's overall effectiveness of instructional delivery.

His "Exit Room" lesson really boosted the students' interest in class. They were engaged throughout the entire lesson. With some of
the differentiation strategies -- particularly cooperative learning-- some students disengaged or allowed their classmates to simply do
the bulk of the work. Students who tend to be slackers need to be managed more closely. His overall instructional delivery was clear
and effective.

Q22

Mr. Frazier is very in tune with students' needs. He is proactive in offering assistance. One area of improvement to be made would be
paying attention to students who need redirection during collaborative activities and to clearly state directions before allowing students
to get started. When one or two students drift from the activity or start before the class is ready, it can create confusion. I commend
Mr. Frazier for always having the directions clearly written out for students to read.
