Sub :- An application for requesting concession/grace mark up to 20 irrespect of just concluded


OTET Exam, 2021 bearing Roll No- 21110706089 on Dt- 09/04/2021.

Sir,
I have the honor to being to your kind notice the following few lines for your kind consideration
and favorable early orders.
1. That I appeared the OTET Exam in 2021 pursuant to guidelines conducted by BSE Odisha.
2. That it is humbly submitted that unfortunately I secured 60 marks out of 150 marks carrying
I mark each question.
3. That it is pertinent to mention here that the whole world and more particularly India is badly
suffering from pandemic corona situation and in consequence of which the entire education
systems have been paralyzed, destroyed and damaged.
4. That in view of COVID-19 and pandemic situation C.B.S.E headed by Honorable Prime Minister
of India and Government of India have been pleased to waive the examination.
5. That COVID-19 affected demorised and paralyzed in ever Corona.

Passed the students taking into account the previous year marks of half yearly and annual and
Honorable supreme court concurred with the suggestions put forth by C.B.S.E in course of
hearing before the hon’ble Supreme Court.
Similarly, the state of Odisha B.S.E followed and adopted the guidelines of C.B.S.E and the
students of Odisha are in class X, 2021 awarded marks accordingly as was done in C.B.S.E.
That it is respectfully submitted that we being the ex-cadre teachers and we have been
appointed prior to coming into force in the Right to Education Act 2010.
That unlike other students some concession and relaxations of marks are to awarded in the
actual positions of the case cited as a foresaid.
Under the foresaid facts and circumstances, I appeal to your good self-concession. I agree of
grace mark of 20 to be awarded leniently in my favour and obliged.
