Each jumper tested, without adjusting pots:

Jumper in first position:

Jumper in 2nd position:

Now testing pot that is closest to output side = on top when viewing w/ pots located to left side of board. Turning all the way
CW, jumper still in 5th position
8.466 kHz

All the way CCW:

-no signal-

1/4 turn CW:

Same jumper position, top pot in same position as above (1/4 turn CW from max CCW position):

I didn't have duty cycle displayed before, turning back to (approximately) where the top pot was before...
