HEq Blood Test Evaluation
HEq Blood Test Evaluation
Dr.Revici.com
The HEq Blood Test Evaluation is an analysis of routine blood tests (a Lipid Panel,
an expanded Chem Profile and CBC) according to the research of Dr. Emanuel Revici.
This Evaluation serves as an overall monitoring device for the purposes of
choosing therapies, discerning the effectiveness of therapies, restoring and
maintaining health and practicing prevention.
Here is the HEq Evaluation (IC) for Urticaria Anaphylaxis, the case discussed in
High Cholesterol Induces Anaerobic Metabolism .
The Catabolic and Anabolic scores ‘quantify’ the activity of the lipid defense, as
recognized and described by Dr. Revici. Other scores give insight as to the causes
of off‑balances in the lipid defense and means of remediation.
There are a host of fatty acids and anti‑fatty acids that participate in the lipid
defense, far too many to measure in clinical settings. However, Dr. Revici discovered
the effects of these lipids on standard blood test results. These test results capture
the activity of the lipid defense. The main contributors to Urticaria Anaphylaxis’
high Anabolic Index (also called Anti‑Free Radical Activity or Anti‑Inflammatory
Index) are her high Tissue Cholesterol*, triglycerides and WBC; and her ‘low’
potassium. See Application of Revici’s Potassium Analysis.
In an acute situation we expect a temporary increase in catabolic and anabolic lipid
activity, then a decrease as the physiological lipid defense resolves the problem. A
patient with chronic symptoms or disease, on the other hand, will likely have a
pathological lipid defense that perpetuates symptoms and disease.

* Tissue/Cell Cholesterol (TCH) is calculated and used in lieu of serum cholesterol in
the Evaluation. Serum cholesterol is bound and inactive. Tissue/Cell Cholesterol is
the free active cholesterol that participates in the lipid defense. Free cholesterol is
delivered by LDL carriers to tissues and cells then removed by HDL carriers.
Calculation of Cell/Tissue Cholesterol:
LDL/HDL x Total Cholesterol
Range: US 293 ‑ 505; International 7.6 – 13.1
Calculation of the Ts/Cell Chol IC score:
(Ts/Cell Chol – midpoint of range)/width of range*100
Using Urticaria’s lab results for her IC score:
(755 – 399)/212*100 = 168 US
(19.3 – 10.3)/5.5*100 = 16.4 International
