SUBJECT : Spot Report Re: Shooting Incident Resulted to the Death

of Sonya Gregorio and Frank Anthony Gregorio

DATE : December 20, 2020

1. On December 20, 2020 at about 5:10 P.M., a shooting incident transpired

at Paniqui, Tarlac near the house of the victim, wherein victim one Sonya
Gregorio, 52 years old, married, mother of the second victim named Frank
Anthony Gregorio, 25 years old a resident of Brgy. Cabayaoasan in Tarlac
was shot by suspect Jonel Montales Nuezca, 47 years old, married, off-
duty cop assigned in Parañaque and at the hometown of the same place
of the victim.

2. As a result, thereof, the first victim, Mrs. Gregorio was shot in the head
with dozens watching and at least two people taking videos with their
phones. Mr. Gregorio was shot two times in the head too later then. Mrs.
Gregorio was shot in the head again as she was sprawled on the ground.

3. The suspect immediately fled the crime scene and went to his parents'
house in Urdaneta, Pangasinan. Hours later, the suspect surrendered
himself to a police station in Rosales, Pangasinan where he relinquished
his firearms. The cadaver of the victims was plan to buried on December
27, 2020.

4. The motive of incident is dispute over the usage of a noisemaker and

preexisting conflicts over right of way.
