Instructions: Respond to each of the following questions with a complete sentence. You may receive if
a 100 if your answers show effort and quality. Please answer each prompt with at least one complete
paragraph.

Part 1: A big part of being successful now is knowing where you want to be in the future. As you plan for
your future this month list the 5 colleges you would like to attend below and why. If you do not plan on
attending a 4-year institution you can list technical colleges or training you plan on completing.
University of Florida- They have a great sports broadcasting program
Jacksonville- They have a great lacrosse and broadcasting program
University of Tampa- the campus is gorgeous, and it has a lacrosse program
Vanderbilt-I love the environment around Vanderbilt and the lacrosse team is so accepting
UNC- dream lacrosse school and great campus

Part 2: Of the five colleges listed select one as your top choice. Write a one paragraph summary of what
this college has to offer you. Include information such as campus organizations or activities you are
interested in, your intended major and how this college will help you achieve your professional goals.

University of Florida because the school and campus are beautiful. The sports broadcasting program is
supposed to be one of the best in the country. Hearing about the environment from one of my friends
has made me realize how much I would love to go there. I want a great college education and a good
lacrosse experience, and I feel like the University of Florida could make me very happy

Part 3: How do you believe your time in Work Based Learning will help to better prepare you for your
future college and career plans?
Work based learning will help me better keep ahead of my work and to get the full having a job and
having to do school experience. Work based learning has also taught me how to save the money I have
made.
