Part 1: What do you like best about your work? What issues have you dealt with this month? How have
these issues helped you to grow as a professional?
I like the fact that my coworkers and boss are so understanding when something happens when with the
kids. I have dealt with screaming kids, crying kids, and some accidents. I have learned to deal with any
scenario and have grown to be better in on-the-spot situations.

Part 2: How has your work experience helped you to grow your resume? What types of activities or
skills have you developed so far that will help you to be more marketable and prepared for your future
career?
I have learned better communication skills and to have more patience when dealing with
children. I do not want to do anything with children but the fact that I have to talk to the kids a
certain way is helping me to learn my audience and how to speak to them.

Part 3: Part of resume writing is helping you to develop your soft skills. Being able to write and
communicate professionally will help you to advance in your future career. Below, list two professional
resources (other than the WBL website) you used to help you write your professional resume.
I used my pervious resume from my business class and the job descriptions from the Cobb
County job search.
