    3. What is the color of DNA after extraction?

    → The extracted DNA is initially transparent. However, when DNA


    met an ice-old alcohol, it turns to opaque-white.

    4. How do you know your extraction contain DNA?


    → To know if our extraction contains DNA, we add an ice-cold
    alcohol to the DNA solution. If the solution contains DNA, the
    DNA will form a precipitate of intertwined opaque-white filaments.
