COMPUTER LABORATORY NARRATIVE REPORT

Information Technology (IT) is concerned with the development, management and

use of computer-based information systems. Our top priority and most important
accomplishment are the continued success in providing high quality, reliable service and
support to our students and teachers. It plays an important role in the technological
advancement of our students as well as our teacher in shaping their potential in the digital
realm and be more competent in every endeavor.
Our computer laboratory serves as the center for teaching computer use to whole
classes, usually by a specialist computer teacher. Classroom teachers also use the laboratory
with their hands-on class, research, or for creating technology-based projects and other
related computer-aided activity. Our computer laboratory itself is consider to be a haven of
knowledge where E-Learning takes place. The traditional computer laboratory often serves as
the location for networked printers and scanners that are used by the whole school.
At present, we have plenty of equipment present in our computer laboratory to cater
our needs.

b. 100MBPS of Internet Speed provided by PLDT
c. 2pcs Xerox Machine
d. 1pc Air Condition Unit
e. 2 pcs Manage Switch Hub 20 Ports 300MBPS speed
f. 13 pcs Switch Hub 8 Ports 300MBPS speed
g. 10 pcs Router with Wi-Fi
h. 3pcs Printer Units

Future Plan:
1. Additional Computer Sets (10 – 20 Units)
2. WIFI installation to the school premises.
3. Training of students on the use of Photoshop for photo editing and
tarpaulin design.
4. Training of students on the use of Photoshop for photo editing and
tarpaulin design.
