I/We Understand
❖ School/college for grade 8 -12 will reopen physically from 22nd November 2021.
❖ Students will have the option of attending school either in person or online.
❖ The following Covid 19 safety protocols (as per BMC guidelines) will have to be
followed:
● Thermal, O2 screening at the gates
● Wearing mask on school premises (Carry an extra mask)
● Washing hands periodically
● Sanitizing hands regularly
● Maintaining social distance (6 feet) at all times.

❖ Students must be modestly dressed or in school uniform if available.

❖ School Bus facilities will not be available. Every student must be dropped off and
fetched from school.
❖ Entry / Exit gates and timings (which will be staggered to avoid crowding), will be
communicated soon.
❖ Canteen facilities will not be functional.
❖ All students must carry required stationery, water and snacks as required. They will
not be permitted to exchange or share the same with anyone, nor leave the
premises during school hours.
❖ Every student must adhere to the seating arrangement indicated in all classrooms.
❖ Students must follow the signage for movement in the school/college to maintain
physical distance.
❖ If my ward or any family member is showing signs of COVID, I will refrain from
sending my ward to school/college and will submit a Fitness Certificate (Covid free)
to the authorities before rejoining.
❖ No one other than students and staff will be allowed on the school/college premises.
❖ Entry and exit plan must be strictly adhered to on all days.
❖ If students do not follow any of the above rules they will be sent back home.
