Find mountains, deserts, rock pillars and limestone karsts as well as
incredible wildlife. More of a city slicker? The big cities are bustling

immersion? Discover ancient temples, holy shrines and unique religions.
Explore the following pages for inspiration and call one of our expert
Destination Specialists to begin creating your dream vacation.
SEAT-AND-A-HALF POLICY
Your comfort is our priority, so for a group of 28 passengers, we use a motorcoach with about 48 seats. This gives our passengers
over a seat and a half of space each, allowing ample seating and storage space. On some departures where we have a smaller number
of passengers, we may reduce the vehicle size, but will always endeavor to maintain our seat-and-a-half policy. The only exceptions
are where we are in remote areas or are obliged to use official vehicles (e.g. within a national park).
The prices of Classic Group Tours are a great value because they are absolutely, fully inclusive:
On Classic Group Tours, all you have to pay for locally are tips and any personal expenditures, which could include optional excursions,
shows or, of course, souvenirs.
PREMIER EXPERIENCES
China is as much about experiences as it is iconic attractions. We’ve included some unique events to truly become immersed in the culture and
make certain encounters all the more memorable. Take home a special souvenir from a calligraphy class with a local family in the hutongs and
discover the incredible Terracotta Warriors with an archeologist at this working site. Become captivated by the panda bears at the Chengdu
Panda Reserve when touring with a resident expert and celebrate your climb to the top of the Great Wall with a champagne toast!
Whatever your choice, Classic or Premier, you are about to journey to a magical place and have the experience of a lifetime.

WELCOME TO CHINA
FOR MANY, TRAVEL TO CHINA IS THE FULFILLMENT
OF A LIFELONG DREAM.
Fly to Shanghai, the Paris of the East; walk along the Great
Wall, a marvel that stretches over 4,000 miles; and visit one
of the world’s most important archaeological discoveries of
the 20th century—the Terracotta Warriors. Catch a glimpse
of history from a rickshaw ride through the traditional hutong
neighborhoods, or tour the Three Gorges Dam to cruise
upstream through some of the most dramatic scenery in the
world. Yet even beyond these historical sites and natural
phenomena, the most enduring memory is often the charm
of the Chinese people as they welcome you to a whole other
world of wonder.
