INGREDIENTS PROCEDURE

2 tablespoons of honey
5 g of baking soda
50 g of powder sugar

egg, mix, add flour and knead
the dough.
Shape little dough balls with
hands and place shaped
cookies in a baking tray pre-
lined with baking paper.

Bake for about 12 min, cool
