ACTIVITY #1

Among the special topics presented, I believe that the most significant thing

today is the redefining hr workplace and future. Speaking for myself, the said topic

comprises of the work from home arrangement, I believe this arrangement should be

explored more for those employees who doesn’t have any choice but to work for their

family despite of the fact that we are currently facing an unknown enemy. I myself is a

working student who works in a BPO industry, and I find wfh arrangement convenient,

with this set up employees don’t have to go outside or to work onsite because they

already have an option to do it at home. Amidst the pandemic people tend to still find a

job since if they don’t find any they’d be starved and Filipino’s are not lazy that I can

agree, they still wanted to work there’s no insurmountable problem for their family.

As future HR professional what I can do to help solve challenges that hr

community is happening is that I can explore work from home arrangements wherein

employees can do their s work safely at their comfort spaces. Additionally, I will try my

best to provide extra mental and physical health support which are the things that they

need most.
