Vision

As an educator, I plan on meeting the unique needs of all my students. The students I will work
with, will strive to master concepts and be the best versions of themselves. All my students will
be successful in the classroom behaviorally, emotionally, and educationally.

Mission
I strive to create a safe and supportive learning environment for all my students. I will build
relationships with my students to discover their unique interests and needs. I will provide my
students with a variety of engaging activities to meet multiple learning styles. I will set clear
expectations in my classroom to support a positive learning environment.

Core Beliefs
 Educators are lifelong learners. We learn from our students, colleagues, and from
ourselves daily.
 Relationships are a necessary aspect of classroom management.
 All students deserve a safe and supportive learning environment.
 Students are more motivated to learn when they take ownership of their work.
 Frequent communication with families is a necessary component of student success.
 All students can succeed. We need to provide the students with the materials and
positive learning environment to reach their potential.
