Monday: I feel so good sitting while doing my assignment and in moderate activity I choose to sweep the floor to
help with household chores. and when i finished cleaning i stood up properly to relax for 5 minutes. The vigorous
activity was the most enjoyable of all the things I did because I enjoyed exercising for 30 minutes and I walked for
about 5 minute.

Tuesday: I enjoy sitting while watching a movie and i help my sister to arrange the plate while do the standing
and i decide to sweep the floor outside and i consume 12 minute walking while cleaning then i do jumping rope for
15 minute

Wednesday: today i do a lot of tasks while sitting and i combed my hair while standing then I swept the floor
and because there is a lot of dust also walked a little while cleaning and the last one the daily routine jumping rope

Thursday: in this day I attend a for 2 hours sitting and after attending the class i consume 10 minutes standing
while remove the dusk on the clock and then i walk for a while almost 12 minute and sweep the floor for 20 minute
then i consume 10 minute for jumping rope

Friday: on this day i’ll do 1 hour reading a book and 3 minute standing while carry a boxes of shoes and 5 minute
walking to do exercise my legs and after that i do cleaning for 8 minute then 10 minute workout

Saturday: i feel so happy this day because no class then and i decide to fix my clothes for almost 10 minute then
after fixing my clothes i call my sister using our telephone i consume 6 minute while standing and 15 minute
walking i’m the only one in the house then i decide to clean for 60 second sweep the floor and then do the daily
routine for 5 minute

Sunday: in this day I watch horror movie for almost 3 hours and i hang the clothes for 10 minute and 3
minute walking and I sweep sa leaf outside for almost 30 minute and 50 second jamping jacks
