1. Explain in your own idea what Skill-related Fitness is and give 3 example
about it.

-Skill-related fitness refers to fitness components that are essential for


success in skillful tasks and sports events but may not be as significant for
overall health. Agility, balance, coordination, power, reaction time, and
speed are just a few of these characteristics. Also, contribute in the
improvement of skills.

Examples:
1. Speed- Sprint
2. Power- Mountain Climbing
3. Agility- Hexagon Test
