RENTAL AGREEMENT

This deed of indenture made on 7th January 2017 for the period of Eleven months commencing from 1.04.2016.
between K.Subramanian residing at at 428/5, 3rd Palani Street, Subbanapalya, Banaswadi, Bangalore-560033 of one
part and Mr. Arunachalam G, S/o S.Ganesan residing at No:93,Thirumalai Nagar,Thirumullaivoyal ,Chennai-600062 of the
part Witnessed.
Where as the property at 415, 2nd Cross, Golden Street, Thirumullaivoyal, Chennai – 600062 is solely owned by
Mr. K. Subramanian referred to as above and he has agreed to give for rent in the manner herein for a rent of Rs.
7000(Rupees Seven Thousand only) per month to be paid on the first working day of every succeeding month.
The owner has received a sum of Rupees 70,000/- (Rupees Seventy Thousand only) from the renter as rental
advance.

Now this indenture witnessed that the renters to abide by the covenant with the owner of the property as under:
1) To pay monthly rent regularly on manner aforesaid.
2) To pay charges in respect of electric energy, water consumption charges regularly.
3) To keep the building in good and tenable repaid and condition and not to make any damages to the existing
building and fixtures.
4) Not to do any structural alterations or repairs without the owner.
5) To attend to minor repairs if any and keep the premises neat and tidy.
6) If the tenants are desirous of vacating they may do so giving 3 months notice and if they are desirous of
continuing, they may do so under mutually agreed terms, executing a fresh agreement with the consent of the
owner.
