By comparing the graphs, it can be seen that Romania has always had lower inflation than
Bangladesh over the last decade. Bangladesh's GDP peaked in 2010 at 11.40 percent, then fell,
fluctuated for a year, and eventually decreased steadily until 2017, when it has remained stable
since. The Romania graph increased from 1.40 percent 3.65 percent in 2011, in 2014 the rate
decreased the most which was -0.28 percent. In 2017 it increased up to 1.37 percent. But then
again in 2019 it decreased to 0.34 percent.

Bangladesh's inflation rate is currently 5.6 percent, whereas Romania's is 1.3 percent in
2021. Romania's inflation rate was 2.6 percent in 2020. Romania's inflation rate significantly
decreased from 34.5 percent in 2001 to 2.6 percent in 2020.

Bangladesh's annual inflation rate increased to 5.7 percent in October 2021, the highest
since October 2020, from 5.6 percent the month before. Price rises were faster for both food
(5.22 percent compared. 5.21 percent in September) and non-food (6.48 percent vs. 6.19
percent). Consumer prices grew 1.08 percent month over month, down from 2.18 percent the
previous month. In October 2021, Romania's annual inflation rate increased to 1.3 percent, up
from 1.19 percent the previous month. It was the highest level since May 2011, thanks to higher
food prices (1.25 percent vs. 1.27 percent in September), non-food prices (6.39 percent vs. 3.71
percent), and service prices (6.39 percent vs. 3.71 percent) (1.96 percent vs 1.75 percent). In
October, consumer prices rose 1.78 percent month over month, up from 0.95 percent in
September.
