Self – introduction
I am glad for this opportunity to introduce my self_ My name is Ngan,
which mean “money”. I’m almost 20 and i grew up in Lam Dong
province . I have lived in HCM city for 3 years for my studies and i think
i will work here after i graduate. I’m a big fan of going to the movies,
going out, going shopping and especially eating with people on the
weekends. Now I am studying at Ho Chi Minh University of Food
Industry and my major is International Business. I am a very friendly,
studious, motivated and sociable person and love to explore new things,
my dream is to become a successful businesswoman with a fashion store
in HCMC.

3. My hobby
If my friends like to listen to music or watch movies, then my hobby is
cooking. Most of my family’s meals are cooked by me. Every day, I buy
ingredients after I get home from school and start going to the kitchen.
During the meal I often cook many different dishes.
I like to decorate my food beautifully. In addition to the dishes in my
meal, I also like to make snacks such as cakes, candies, jam, …
Whenever I do those things, I often share them with relatives and friends
to enjoy. I enjoy cooking because it keeps me happy in my life.
Whenever I feel sad or upset, cooking ease that for me in a big way.
Because when I am cooking I have very little time to think, the cooking
is challenging my mind and taking my mind o the stress of everyday life
Cooking also enables me to expand my creativity. I have invested hours
of my time per day to be more knowledgeable about different cooking
methods. One more good thing about cooking is I’m happy and satisfied
when I cook for my family, relatives, friends, or even people whom I do
not know and they enjoy my food.
I hope I will become a good chef and have my own cookery book in the
future.
