English 1- SECOND ACTIVITY -UNIT 3

TOPIC: Picture Dictionary

Objectives: Be able to use vocabulary in singular and plural

form as well as the correct demonstrative adjectives that have
been explained in this lesson.

INSTRUCTIONS: Design a picture dictionary with singular nouns

and plural nouns. Also include the possessive adjectives and
demonstrative adjectives.

Example to follow:

1. A laptop computer is a personal device for mobile use. It has

most of the same components as a desktop computer,
including a display, a keyboard, and a pointing device such as a touchpad. It
can be used away from an outlet using a rechargeable battery.

SINGULAR: Laptop
PLURAL: Laptops
Possessive ‘’my’’ and Demonstrative adjective ‘’this’’.
Example: This is my laptop.
Possessive ‘’my’’ and Demonstrative adjective ‘’these’’.
Example: These are my laptops.
This task has to be done in eleven pages.
The first page will be the ‘’Cover page’’ and you will do the
rest of the work in the other ten pages. Describe two objects
in each page, in total they will be 20 objects.
To avoid problem while submitting your work, be sure that the
images are in ‘’JPG’’, and the file in PDF, please.
Use Arial 12 and do it in Microsoft word, and submit it in PDF.
IMPORTANT: Do not copy the meaning and neither the
examples from internet because it will not be considered, and
the score will be automatically 0.0; everything has to be
original work with your own examples.
Suggestions: To do a good job and to understand the lesson,
you have to study the complete class first and then start
working on the assignment.

Sunday, October 17, 2021. Do not wait until the last day,
please!
