On behalf and instruction of my client namely Faryal Nageen D/O.Muhammad Zarif House No.

A 201 Rex Centre, Saddar, Karachi hereby served this notice on the following grounds so as to
settle the dispute between you and my client:

1. That my client was married with you as per Islamic Rights on 27-03-2021 in the
presence of family, friends and relative’s member of both parties.

2. That after Nikah and Rukhsati of my client, she started residing together with you under
one roof at her matrimonial house.

3. That after the marriage you have started to misbehave, shown careless attitude and
have given mental stress to my client, without any rhyme and reason on petty matters,
even you did not attend properly to my client and shown himself as irresponsible for the
matrimonial tie.

4. That for long you have been disinterested to pay maintenance, living costs, fulfil
necessities and other expenses of my client including medical expenditures.

5. That at the time of solemnization of this marriage the parents of my client had given
several valuable articles as dowry to you, the same are in possession of you.

6. That you have kicked out my client in wearing three clothes from her matrimonial house
with any legit reason and when my client attempted to go back she was threatened to be
divorced.

7. The family of my client has also tried to resolve the matter through meetings with you
and your family members but you have not agreed in any cost to bring my client towards
her matrimonial home, since she resides with her parents.

8. That you are responsible to provide the food, cloths, shelter, pocket money to your wife,
but you have failed to do so and since last couple of months my client is depending on
her parents.
You are, therefore, required to make arrangement the payment of an amounting to Rs.30,000/=
per month from the day when she resides with her parents i.e. 4th October. 2021 to my client on
account of pocket money for expenses to get food, cloth and others for availing her life, within
one month notice, otherwise, in case of failure, I have clear instructions from my client to
proceed ahead into the matter and will file Suit for Recovery of Maintenance against you in
Court of law.
