SCHOOL INVENTORY SYSTEM

FLOWCHART
BRIEF PURPOSE AND DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

This study aims to create a system for the Saint Anthony School System. Its purpose is
to monitor the stock on hand, supplies and equipment’s of Saint Anthony School, Its other
purpose is to synchronize the maintaining the balance of Saint Anthony School supplies and
equipment’s. The study also aims to create inventory documents that will allow the school
to easily input supplies and equipment’s. In this way the use of old inventory management
techniques involving manually checking materials in and out using paper records will be
limit for it is inefficient, inaccurate and unmanageable in school but with the use of
electronic easy-to-use school asset inventory system will greatly help in
managing/monitoring of school inventory more convenient and accurately.
