Oplan Kalinga House Rules ‘Apperson admittedin any isolation facility of Oplan Kalinga is a confirmed COVID-19 positive patient. ‘The patient will be assigned to 1 room each or 2 patients for a twin sharing room if necessary. In ‘cases, where there isa senior citizen/PWD/minor or anyone who are incapable of taking care of themselves, can be assigned together with his/her relative Upon arrival atthe hotel, the patient must inform the hotel health staff for his/her pre-existing medical condition if any. ‘The patient must inform the hotel of any food restrictions and allergies. The patient is not allowed to double lock the room. Media interviews and posting in social medias are not allowed. ‘Always check communication modality that will be set up by the hotel health staff for everyday monitoring. All meals will be provided by the hotel. Medications and vitamins will be provided by the patient himself/hersel. When physical examinations necessary, concerned patient must wear face mask during monitoring time and must open their door to present themselves for physical check-up. Inform hotel health staff for the development of signs and symptoms such as fever, cough, colds, sore throat and diarrhea. Housekeeping shall not be provided by the hotel because you are under isolation and may potentially spread infection. The hotel will provide linens upon request. Laundry is a responsiblity of the patient and must be done inside their respective rooms. Strictly stay inside your room for your protection and prevention of contamination from other people. Social gatherings including visit to other rooms and receiving visitors is NOT ALLOWED. Conversation with fellow patients is NOT ALLOWED. Public amenities like swimming pool, gym, spa and gamming areasis NOT ALLOWED. ‘Smoking cigarettes, vaping and drinking of alcohol beverages is NOT ALLOWED. ‘Any person who will violate any above mentioned rules will start the isolation period to day 1 and will not consider the days completed. ‘Additional measures imposed by the hotel as approved by Oplan Kalinga and One Hospital Command Center must be followed.
