 Above referred prices are basic price, exclusive of GST . & other local levies which if any will
charged extra at actual.
 GST rate for all engine oils. Hyd oils, Gear oils & Greases is @18% of basis price. GST for
Radiator coolant ( Savsol R2U Coolant) is @ 28% of basic price.
 Payment Terms: 100% advance against Proforma Invoice
 Delivery: Ex –our Silvassa Plant on FOR your work for order drop size of 25 barrels or 5 kls. For
smaller order drop size, consignment will be dispatched on Freight to Pay basis thru your
nominated transporter.
 Our normal lead time is 7 days from date of receipt of PO & advance payment.
 Validity : The above rates are valid till 30th Nov 2017.
